Hi, I’m Thomas. I’m currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

I’ve spent my career in tech, though my path hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve led teams and companies across product management, data science, and engineering - often doing all three at once. The common thread? I tend to end up where things need fixing. Turnarounds, transformations, the messy work of helping companies change direction.

That means I work across boundaries a lot - with commercial teams, operations, finance, marketing - wherever the work takes me. I’ve found that real change rarely happens in silos.
